I think CIC has started clearing files from CIO timeline. First in Fisrt Out basis.
Shobaib is a 2008 CIO applicant, I think CIO 2009 applicants will get their turn.

did you ordered CAIPS note?
if you want to know more details on your application + next BFd date than order CAIPS note.
lots of people waiting > 10months. my will be 1year waiting after 2nd AOR .

My online application status has been updated last week. Kindly refer the last line below:

"We received your application for permanent residence on March 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on May 4, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 25, 2012."


Does it mean that I will be getting the medical request soon. Kindly clarify.

Nobody can advice you the exact time for your MR..there are many prejune applicants including me who are waiting for their medicals from long time.... Anyways.. Congrats for your in process status... God bless...

After a long silence, finally I saw a new line-02 added on 01-Jun-2012 in my ECAS:-

Line01: We received your application for permanent residence on March XX, 2010.

Line02: We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May XX, 2012 to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

Can anyone suggest me what it does mean??

I have applied under FSW category NOC -0213 and my status in still showing "In Process" with Buffalo VO from 6 months. I had applied from within Canada in Jul'2011 and received positive PER in Oct'2011.

Any estimates when can I expect my medicals?
