exactly. applying to Canada was quite easy for a lottt of people and here we are seeing the bad effects of that. there are plenty of holes in the system and people are taking chances from them. the screening process is too weak. we the real applicants are suffering for those fake applicants with fake certificates, experience papers.

its not only 0213 job code, there is no progress by NDVO across any job code. I believe CHC will work as per F'Xer or AOR dates... hope & wish we all get through this year.

I agree with jnathan on above and there also another deli ma i.e 10% people do landing and take PR card return back to their home country never come back as permanent resident & use it as extra option but they utilize the visa quota and we suffer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a very bad experiance with them.
First I applied in Jan-2004 and got stuck in change of rules in Nov-2008
then I applied in 2010 and got stuck in change of rules in Jun-2010

In this chakker of keeping fingures crossed, meri fingures vi tediya ho gayiya han. lol...
