NOC 0122 OR 1212

Dear Friends,
I am working in a bank as Manage-Trade Finance having more than 15 yrs exp. I have a team of around 10 people reporting to me. I am a bit confused regarding the NOC I should choose i.e whether it is 0122 or 1212.,
Can anyone please help.,
