Hi, I am confused with the NOC category I fall under. Is it NOC 0121 Insurance, real estate and financial brokerage managers or is it NOC 6232 Real estate agents and salespersons?
My Job Title was: Senior Manager - Sales
My main duties included:
• Selling the properties promoted by the company.
• Locating potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Proactively initiated and engaged sales calls to new prospects.
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Identifying and attending tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business.
• Work closely with the Marketing department to design and execute strategies built around developing new business growth.
• Opening business development dialogs with strategic customers.
• Understanding the expectation from the customer.
• Explaining the product briefly and selling the product.
• Retaining the customers.
• Arranging for the site visit for the customers.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with other department for documentation and approvals.
• Coordination for arranging bank loans for the customer.
• Achieving the targets assigned.
• Developing and help manage client communication tools.
• Pro-actively looking for target organizations and establishing communications with those businesses that can benefit from Company’s products.
• Building referral and lead generation network.
