hi guys! Im from the philippines and have submitted our app just this dec'14. My wife is so worried if its cap already reached 500 before our app was processed. Any news?

No idea about FSW cap.
Yes CEC overall cap got reached. And I received my file back last week. I applied under NOC code A 2147. There is no hope for any CEC applicant who applied after OCT 20 2014. But if you applied under FSW then its a different story.

sorry to hear that...they actually received my appl last dec.23, 2014..got my PER last march 13..still waiting for MR...
