Purchasing managers are waiting, waiting and waiting for the LVO response. As there is no reply or update from LVO, surely no one respond you on your query.

So, it means if LVO will not reply to you, you are not going to comment on my query !!!

Have you raised any CSE because you are going to complete six months after PER? I think you should raise CSE and see what the reply they send to you and update us all about their reply. In my case I got reply from DRD (previously it was MCH) that my file is in queue, waiting to be reviewed by a Visa Officer. But of course my case is too early to send CSE but you should raise CSE to get an answer about your application, specially when it is going to complete six months.

I think it is not the occupation that matters. The general immigration strategy, visa office working style and the limits set for a certain period of time are substantive.

Another thing, I haven’t heard about a single case when an applicant got a response other than “your file is in queue” when rising on the status of application. Correct me if I am wrong but that kind of inquiries are general and not a case specific and it will be naive to expect other response.

Above talbe is an evidence that delays are being done by the bluddy Visa Officers who are handling our files.
Because this LBM who is sitting in same LVO can send MR and do Second line update of several november and december applicants then why not other VOs can do the same.
You can see that LBM table contains diversified NOCs. And irrespective of NOC, LBM has taken merely 2-3 months for SLU and around 3-4 months for MR.

So, it is clear that it is the sick mentality of VOs( RIH, RIA, DRD etc) that is causing unnecessary delays and they have made pillows of our files for sleeping over it when they come on duty to LVO, they sleep on our files. Once upon a time they use to call LVO(Lovely VO) but because of these sleeping Visa officers it has become LVO(Laziest VO).

Its not LVO or anything like NOC issue..

Complete NDVO cases which have been transferred to Warsaw irrespective of their nocs.. all are waiting and waiting..I myself have been waiting since almost 60 days of my TLU for DM or PPR.. and there are most of ppl in forum or whatsapp groups all are waiting from aprl tlu to June tlu. nothing is coming !!

Most of transferred files are now at the final stages of processing and only some 10-20% haven’t received MRs yet.
Primary WVO applicants are not that active in this forum and maybe that is why you are not happy with the Warsaw speed. Did you know that none of September-December applicants whose vo was warsaw from the beginning got a second line. Yes, yes you read everything correctly – Zero second lines for Sept-Dec primary applicants.
Myself waiting for already 150 days starting from my AOR date. What I want to say is that you guys must be very lucky when comparing you statuses with primary applicants’ timelines.

Very sad to hear this ordeal. I don't know that what SOPs they are following. But one thing I am pretty confident that, all the blame goes to the Visa Officer and there is sufficient evidence that LBM is the fastest VO processing cases.

I shall advice you to raise the CSE by Monday so that you can hear something before Eid holidays.

Moreover you can also request GMCS notes immediately. GMCS notes will provide the insight that where the matter is stucked.

I understand your concerns and pain you would be going through... I was not replying to you specifically. I was also talking in general that it is nothing to do with NOC etc. but this is surprising that none of original WVO cases from sep to dec have got 2nd line !! This is really strange.. But are you sure about it... may b those cases who have SLU are also not active here ?

Whatever.. its getting on nerves.. Have resigned from my job. 15th july is my last working day and would be sitting idle without any thing solid in my hand !!

Absolutely agree with you on the NOC, if CIC chose the 50 occupations from the thousands without giving priority to some of them it means that all of them are equally demanded and have strategic importance for Canada which as you know has a mixed economy so one occupation simply cannot prevail to another.

Concerning the primary applicants, I am 100% sure. Look at the main Warsaw thread, dead silence. But beside this, there is also a Russian forum from where I get info.

However I believe August will bring some good news to all of us. Don't want to scare anyone but I think the second part of July will also be futile....
