On which facts did you make this conclusion? Give us something real, names of the persons who said this will happend. It is really depressed to listen about how financial managers will be removed from the list. All of us who are fighting with english courses would like to know the FACTS! It all began at the end of march and it is enough of this MAYBE, PERHAPS, PROBABLY, POSSIBLE! We want real information, because all of our money for english course and exams and translation of papers will be wasted for nothing if this is throught about financial managers ok???

So do you think the list will stay like this for ever? You must be joking.
If you want to apply, the earlier the better, although no one knows when the list will change but you can be rest assured that it will change regardless of whether you are studying for english or not.

List 38 may or may not be changed. Nobody knows. Even those who will make that decision.
Only God knows. Period. Full stop.
No use speculating.

Throwing hypotheses "THIS NOC CODE WILL BE REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" or "THAT NOC CODE WILL BE REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is not just useless, but destructive, depressing and discouraging.
Be positive.

I have also applied under noc 0111 and got my pr visa on 30th april all thro out the process there were similar rumours. But once you case is locked in to the norms of the 38 occcupations then those rules apply to you as has been opined by senior members in this forum earlier also. But again keep all your papers ready and apply very fast before the rules change so that you have rules for fast track 38 list applicable to you. DONOT delay any further.

Pl read the report from David Cohen website itself that that there could be changes in the 38 occupations list. PL APPLY FASTER IF YOU ARE IN THE LIST.
