be patient，It will take about a month to get PER. My DD is Jan 8. And got the PER on Jan 31.

The last CC Charge was on January 29 for app received on December 8

The last DD en-cashed was on February 2 for app received on December 3

Hello! Am NOC 0111 too. Application received Nov17 CC Charged Jan 14 PER received Feb 05 Fyi.
