Dear All,
Please guide me what to do.

My current employer is not willing to issue me my Official JD on company's letter head but he is allowing me to submit my official JD (which is not on letter head) along with my application. would that be sufficient to proof my experience.

Moreover, my actual job responsibilities are far more than what mentioned in my official JD and it is not clearly matching with the main responsibilities mentioned under my featured NOC 1212. For this purpose I am attaching statutory declaration explaining the reason for not providing JD on letter head + explanation on JD responsibilities such as:

Official JD says - You have to perform xyz task.
I explained - Under this duty I am doing 123 work.

Would it be OK?

If possible print the same on company letter head with additional tasks you are performing related to 1212 and get it sign from your manager, this is what I have done

I have 2 years of NOC 1411 in a company. Then I was promoted to a NOC 1111 position in the same company and worked for another 2 years.

Do you think mentioning 1411 is a good idea? I don't have any problem and I can remove it from my history. Because I was working part time (studying).

Do you think that it makes matters worse? to mentioning it? or on the contrary it makes is more justifiable?

What is the estimate time for application processing which are returned and resubmitted?

Is it goes through the normal application process?

My application was returned in want of Birth certificate, which was already filed with the original application on May 22, 2014. My Bad Luck :'( that application was rejected in spite of entire documentation.

I received my file back on 15 October, I resubmitted the file on October 24, which was received on October 31, 2014.

Completeness check is currently going on now and this takes about 3-4 weeks in which charging starts after the completeness checks.
No cases of CC charging, DD encashment and PER for now.
Fee deduction likely start date could be 18/12/2014 or 22/12/2014 believing the weather condition is fairly good.

Note: Please check your spam/junk mail, the vital email (PER) from CIC might be there.

Many people have worked in other occupations that are not eligible this year but it can help to increase their work experience points if they can provide employer reference letters for such work in addition to their work in an eligible NOCI don't have any problem and I can remove it from my history. Because I was working part time (studying). Remember that we were asked to declare all work performed in the last ten years. Hiding such work can get you disqualified, better to be truthful always

It is not fixed but varies from applicant to applicant. Check the spreadsheet, it took some people 6 months, it has taken others 18 months.

I received my file back on 15 October, I resubmitted the file on October 24, which was received on October 31, 2014. You didn't tel us which NOC. Hope it is not 1112 which is capped or 1111 which is next to be capped. There is already backlog of 1111 with CIO already which they are yet ti review. By the time they review the outstanding, this will be capped very soon
