i am confused b/w 1111 & 0111. I have worked as an auditor in an audit firm (2years), tax and mamngement consultancy ( 4 years) and now i am in a private company as manager accounts (5+) my JD matches with both. i want to apply in 1111 mow the question is do we have to be working in an audit firm for 1111 or working as account manager in a pvt firm wud suffice??

Dear Mayt,

Good to see some one along, apart from WES, Original IELTS and PCC in case of dependant means wife same both if you want to add adaptability points from IELTS, your all educational and experience certificates, proof of funds (Last 6 months bamk statement on bak letter head and bank latter signed by bank manager stating your account details) reference letters from all the employers which you are including for claiming points. all the form from CIC website and last but not least DD or Card details for fee payment.

Please advise if any further clarification is required.

Hi, you don't have to be working in an audit firm or a pvt firm to be eligible to apply. People work as auditors and accountants in a variety of sectors such as schools, manufacturing companies, audit firms, consultancies, hospitals, government ministries and departments, even in the military! It doesnt matter where you work but what you do and if you can get a reference letter spelling your roles from your employer(s).

So please go ahead and apply now if your current responsibilities match your chosen NOC (your experience from both audit and accounting will count in your favor). Good luck with your application

Hi, Question 10, you must have indicated 'Spouse' for your wife so please indicate 'N\A' in Question 12 for your wife.

Hi, there are no official updates as to the processing times for FSW 2014 but the Canadian government has committed to ensuring the process is completed under a year. We shall see if this happens but you need to realise that processing times will vary from applicant to applicant due to various factors like extra background checks and document verification.
