Do anyone here under NOC 0013. If yes, then please share your work profile, experience, and how far your application process reached?

Introducing me first, I am working as CEO in an internet company. 5 years experience in hand. ECA done. Having IELTS this Saturday.

Remember, all, the salary for these jobs needs to be around the equivalent of $200,000. If not then please reassess your noc.

Based on the research done by me by checking all jobs posted under NOC code 0013 on canadian job bank , the minimum salary requirement is around CAD 150k

The median salary is $47.18 per hour. Now, I know it doesn't matter for ee what your salary is per se, but they will take it into account t. If you were applying for an lmia you would have to earn the higher wage due to its skill level which is $76.92 per hour. Split the difference and we can call it $60 per hour. 40 hours a week would give a salary of around $120,000 a year.

My point was really that lots of people may try and apply under this level of noc code but realistically not be one of those 'elite' applicants. Just want to warn people so they aren't rejected.

Understand your point of view & appreciate your concern...no doubt 00 series are tricky noc codes...guess if you are only applying under EE(no LMIA), one shld be ok.

True. IRCC definitely checks the annual wage against the claimed NOC code. It's so easy to establish a company in a 3rd world country, and then claim the title CEO for yourself.

Yup, CIC does sound better, but according to Trudeau's "Sunny Way" philosophy, adding an R will emphasize his focus on the refugee issue.

However, it can be also because the "R" is one of the most menacing of sounds. That’s why they call it "murder" not "muckduck". Who knows what Trudeau Jr. was thinking...

Is this salary level absolutely necessary? What about 0014 (union association president) which is typically not a very highly paid role.
