No word from Washington embassy yet.....applied for visitor visa on 27th April.

Hey All,

I have applied for Canada Visitor visa, single entry. The period of stay is 10 days for attending cousin's marriage. I have sent my application form and other supporting documents via post mail to Washington embassy.

They received package on 27th April. However, I haven't received any word on it yet. No request for additional documents, rejection/approval....nothing.

What do you think, should i start worrying or wait till 30 days(which would be 27th May calender day-wise) to complete ?

BTW: I am an Indian national, in USA on L1 visa.

Did you send a return envelope along the documents?
Was it through US express mail or regular mail?

Yes. I did send USPS express mail return envelop -- flat rate.
