No VFS tracking number for COPR after mailing passports, etc

It's been 3 days since our COPR submission package was delivered to the VFS Global office in Singapore.

We have not received a confirmation from VFS nor a tracking number for our case.

I'm concerned at this package contains our passports...

How long does it take for VFS to send a tracking number? Their live chat support said to just wait as they don't know the status either.

Unfortunately this is normal. I think took more than a week, almost two, to get confirmation. Not singapore but this stage is longer than ses possible.
