No updates regarding study permit even after 20 weeks

Hello everyone

I lodge my file at Chandigarh in july for sept intake but there is no response so i have to deferr admission to jan intake . In month of nov they asked for some medical test and they are done after that no response i think i am in serious trouble need good advise from seniors please reply.
