No updates on my application for past 3months.....should i be worried

Except the medicals pass notification, there's no other email from IRCC until PPR.

I didn't receive an email for medical pass either ....

Yes some don't receive it, but if you've passed medicals, then it's irrelevant.

No one receive the email for MEP. once medical get passed, we get email saying " your application has been updated"

That's my concern i never got an email. Not at the time of submission of application, not after medical pass not at IP2

Then it must be something wrong with your contact information.
i would suggest you to call IRCC/ call center and try to find out what exact details they have to contact you.
