Simply: The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
I also submitted on July 5th, and I haven’t gotten any response yet after biometrics and background check in progress. Last update was on July 6th.
Did you saw the visitor visa number and study permit on the IRCC-TRACKER be for the rejection

I did my biometrics in Canada embassy in Barbados on october25th 2023 and my portal stipulated that it was submitted on 28th Oct 2023 but up till now I have not heard anything from the embassy but my account stated that my application was modified last on 17th Nov 2023
