No update from NDVO!!! Medical, passport & RPRF sent in June 2012

i have sent to medical, rprf and passport in june 2012, but till date no update on the part of NDVO. there is no medical line update in ECAS as well as reply of case specific enquiry.... please share your experience and updates..
