I am also waiting for oath invite like everyone. but my PR card expires July 22nd 2020 and I checked Processing time to renew or replace a PR card is 287 days.
Should I put application in to renew it? Also what we supposed to do after we take oath ceremony. Can we apply passport right way after that or there is another waiting to get certifications and all that.

GCMS - The Global Case Management System

It is an official document by IRCC. It will give you a complete picture of your application. It contains updates, explanation and remarks by a case processing officer pertaining to your application. It is issued on applicant's specific request.

Finally the journey is over Today I took the oath of citizenship. It lasted about 20 minutes. They said I will received the certificate within two weeks. I applied from Montreal. Here is the timeline:

25/02/2019 - document sent
28/02/2019 - document delivered
30/04/2019 - received file number email
17/06/2019 - processing application got started
17/09/2019 - received the invitation to test email
08/10/2019 - took the citizenship test
24/02/2020 - application approved
25/02/2020 - decision made on ecas
27/02/2020 - received the invitation to do the ceremony on 13/03/2020
12/03/2020 - received the cancellation email due to COVID-19
06/07/2020 - received virtual ceremony email
08/07/2020 - virtual ceremony

Just a quick update that I received the citizenship certificate today by mail (one week after the virtual ceremony). Wish you guys all the best luck and hope you all get it soon

Just wanna give you guys an update, I just received a call from IRCC that my virtual ceremony is scheduled on next Monday the 13th, below is my entire timeline:
GTA Applicant
App received: Jun 27th 2019
Aor: Sep 4th 2019
In process: Oct 22nd 2019
Test invite: Dec 19th 2019
Test passed: Jan 7th 2020
Decision made: Jan 8th 2020
Original oath date: Apr 20th 2020 at Scarborough, canceled due to Covid19
Invitation to virtual ceremony: Jul 10th 2020
Virtual ceremony date: Jul 13th 2020

Happy to report that we received our Citizenship certificates today, only four days after the virtual ceremony. The journey to citizenship is over and I wish anyone of you the very best.
