No update for a Month after submitting PR application

I have seen people getting their medical passed in a week or two, a 3rd line appearing on ECAS and change in their background check quite soon.

And for me there is no change in a month after submitting the application. Even medical says 'Not needed'. Getting worried.

Anyone else in the same boat? Or for anyone did it take more than 4 weeks for medical status to be passed?

Buddy look at some other threads we have some of our buddies on 15-16 weeks without a word so no sweat it happens i waited 13 weeks to just see something

Thanks. Gives me a bit or reassurance. I have no idea on what basis CIC works. Quite a few of my friends got their medical passed in 2 weeks or lesser.

I called CIC and they said, they can contact doctor and ask for report only after 3 months if nothing shows up till then. I called doctor and she said she already submitted medical to CIC more than a month ago.

A friend of mine submitted PR on 1st of may no updated since then, which mean he been waiting more than 6 months, 3 lines appearing on ECAS as well and for mycic everything showing in review..
I don't know what going on with his application file.

It has been > 2 months for me. No medical, nothing. I have seen cases waiting for 8 months+.

Does anyone know when medicals expire? If that is going to happen I will ask for my money back from CIC!

Medicals are Valid for 1 year. Do no worry, your prayers will be answered soon

Hi,I submitted my application on March 25th,no change since then,some of my friends got the Medicals clear in 2-3 days... What about you guys,wats the status of ur app?
