No update after medical request/ applied from Pakistan

Hi guys, anyone please guide me.
I applied on 5th November for my PhD studies and I got medical request on 23th Nov. I raised webform on 23th Nov and uploaded my upfront medical that I gave on 22 July for my previous study permit application. My status hasn't changed yet. Should I raise webform again or should I give medical again?
Ps. My previous study permit application was refused in Sept.

Ask your (IOM) clinic if they can re upload same medical against the IME received on medical request form.

Can IOM clinic re upload my previous medical against my IME? I heard that they normally don't re upload and ask for medical again.

They can't do medical again with in 1 year period time. It doesn't hurt to ask though.

make sure the previouse medical is not expired but its better for safe side you send new medical exam it is not big deal.
