No update after ghost update on tracker

As title.
Is this normal? I've got the "last activity" of my tracker updated to April 13th, but still, there's no actual update even until today.

Follow up question: I do see some actual updates showing up today so I guess the 2 business days is the key here. But I see the "last activity" of my tracker updated to April 17th. Does that imply another incoming update, or it is just about the current one that I see?
