Hi guyz anyone of you facing the same concern , please do share your background ,so we can determine as to what to expect from the cic, in my case was a resubmission and my college is not on the covid 19 readiness list of DLI's , I received the BVL on 15th Nov ..

Really don't know bro. Yesterday, I saw a post in which he claimed he got bvl on 8th may and called to ircc, and agent said your application has been refused. He had 4 previous refusals. I also called them, but no one answered my call.. I am thinking to raise webform to enquiry qbout my eligibility status.
