No update after Biometrics

Hey guys
I am writing this post on behalf of my brother.
They got the medical passed on 2nd Feb 2021 and biometrics in March but and the completion date was mentioned to be 7th July 2021.
Now 5.5 months have already passed on from that date and there is no update on the COPR.

Multiple webforms have been filled, even multiple phone calls have been made to IRCC and no update so far.
Are there any more people stuck in a similar situation? If yes, then what actions are they taking at the moment?

This is very normal right now and similar to what others are experiencing. The only action they can take is to wait.

When is your expected COPR issue date?
For my brother that date was 4th July 2021.

And the medical is valid until 4th February 2022.
Have you spoken to any one in the Embassy or IRCC?
