By the way i believe the best thing is to get CAIPS and read VOs notes. It might help.

I already have it says that i don't have travel history to support that i have travelled somewhere and returned back so he thinks i wont come back.

You can use affidavit of return but its an over-stretch since immigration can use that later to reject a PR if you decide to stay. So think through it
