No telephone number in CIC address

Dear all,
I'm going to mail my application to CIC as Guide P7000 but in this guide there is only the address:
Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Provincial Nominee Class
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

The courier asked me the CIC's phone but I can not find.
Is it OK if I mail to CIC without phone number?

Nothing like phone number...just go ahead and mail ur application to that address and ask the courier company to mail you proof of delivery.
