No status updates/messages for online application even after 1 month

Hi All,

I applied for a single-entry visitor visa from USA on April 9th. I completed the application online and made the payment online. Since then, the only message I have in my account is that of "Submission Confirmation". As I understand, it's well past the usual processing time.

I'm really worried now as my travel date is supposed to be end of May and I'm running our of time. I'm also not able to figure out where to contact regarding the same as I'm not sure which visa office (LA or NY) my online application went to.

Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Can anyone help me with this please? I need to know the centre to contact for an update for online application. This information is not present anywhere in my application submission confirmation.

There is a strike going on, you can check the CIC site under processing times! I submitted my TRV online on 19th July, no news till date!
