No status update of PR application

I have little query . Im bit worried about that .
I submitted my PR application on sept 14th , its more than 3 weeks now

Still no status changed .

Usually how much time it takes ?

If you follow this link, you'll see (unofficial) trackers of PR application. Applicants update them quite regularly.

You'll see that as of now, they have just finished processing medicals for those who applied on September 11th.
I'm guessing you should have a "You passed the medical exam" update by mid next week.
