No status Update after AOR

Hi

I submitted my documents and received AOR on Mar 21st, Passed Medicals on 28th March 2018 and there is no update since then. Is there any way that I could reach out to support and know the updated status?

1. Application status - We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help - Application status
2. Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help - Review of eligibility
3. Review of medical results - You passed the medical exam. Help - Review of medical results
4. Review of additional documents - We do not need additional documents. Help - Review of additional documents
5. Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help - Interview
6. Biometrics - We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. Help - Biometrics
7. Background check - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. Help - Background check
8. Final decision Your application is in progress. - We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Even for me it's been a month now in the same stage with no updates.

It usually takes time for the application to be in progress. I think it's 3 to 6 months. Mine took 4 months.
