I don't have salary slips for my first job at a small company. But I DO have form 16, IT return document, bank statement showing salary deposited, Are these docs enough to prove my job is legit?

What are my other options? What other documents do I need to prove the legitimacy of my job? Salary Certificate? ...??

What are my options?

if you aren't using for claiming it as work experience, you can add the same in personal history and not include in employment history...you'll not get points for the experience...but no supporting docs will be asked..

If you are planning on claiming points on the said experience,as follows

Experience Letter from company is mandatory for being considered and CIC require the letter
1.To be on the company letterhead, with logo, address, contact nos,web address,e mail address etc, signed and sealed by HR / reporting manager.
2.It should state your Designation, period of employment and, that the job was permanent, and full time (minimum 30hrs of work per week)
3.It should describe the job responsibilities/duties
4.It should mention the salary+benefits paid (monthly /annually) including perks
If company doesn't give, alternatively you may get a reference letter giving all the details from your supervisor/colleague on a plain paper and get it notarized and submit...in that case, should also collect the ID card scanned/visiting card of the issuing supervisor and attach that while scanning the reference letter.
