It’s been exactly a month now since I received an email notification from CIC letting me know that they started treating my Sponsorship application, and since the start of the treatment it’s been a month.

I did read a lot about many people waiting 10-20 days between AOR-1 and SA.

So, I would like to hear from “people who got their application sent back”, how long that took and if this is an indication that mine is possibly being rejected or such?

Hey, I was in somewhat of a similar boat. I got my AOR on Jan 9, and then it was silence for weeks! I started feeling pretty dejected, but on Monday Feb 4 my husband received the medical check request and today I finally received my SA.

A minor but important note is that AOR is exactly what it says - acknowledgement of receipt. They didnt actually start processing our application until Feb 2 (hence the long drawn out silence)

I hope that helps - they may begin processing your app any day now and then things will hopefully start moving. For refetence, my husband is American

Well that’s encouraging!, I will wait some more days before stating to think about it again. In my case it was January 7 th. It’s an Outland application, me being the sponsoring husband living in Canada.
Thanks

As in they only received it Jan 7? If so AOR takes a few months.

I'm not sure if you're inland or outland or what you've been reading but SA means sponsor approval... I applied inland in may 2018 and literally just received an SA letter yesterday. That's pretty late and towards the end of the process.
OP stated above they are outland. Outland SA comes much faster than inland SA.
