Dear friends

I received a PPR letter on 5th of May instructing me what to do to submit my passport. I submitted a CSE on 12th of May asking CIC (or rather Paris VO) for alternative means of sending my passport since their suggested visa office in Tunisia doesn't suit me as Tunisia won't admit citizens whose passports were issued before 008, which is the case for me. It's been 17 days (more than 10 working days) since my message through the designated web-form and no response yet. Is this normal? Should I follow up with a duplicate email?

Any replies will be appreciated

Regards

Instead of a CSE, you should try to contact the VO directly over phone or email. CSE takes a lot of time.

I called them as you advised but it says on the phone (automated message) that I should contact them through online web form!

I think I'll write them again

Read your ppr email, it clearly says that you need to send an email to the provided email address if you cant send the passport as required within 30 days.

I did email the provided email address as well as filling a CSE web form with the exact same message, but no response since 12th of May

I just sent them a reminder, I hope it makes a difference
