No Response from BLS for PCC

Hi Guys,

I am stuck in a situation. I sent my documents according to the checklist on 25 March 2021. I got an update from BLS on 31 March 2021 that they returned the documents being incomplete because my passport address does not match with the form address. So they wanted an address proof of india. On 31 March 2021 I resent all the documents and the address proof copy through purolator. They received it on 01 April 2021. Since then there is no update till date on the status it still shows as returned. I am trying to contact BLS but no luck. What can be done?? I have my ITA expiring in 2 months.

Do not worry. Sometime it can take time to get the status changed on the website. The best way is just keep trying calling them

Hi there, when did you eventually see the status update, I am in the same situation, status shows as returned, please suggest what did you do or how long did it take to show the status? Many thanks
