no response (even auto reply email) after raising webform, anyone?

Hi here. I asked them if I need to submit another medical exam 20 days ago and still no response. My previous emails and webforms got responses within 10 days. Seems like they stop working.

May I ask which section you chose? Temporary residence right?

Hey there, I raised 2 webforms on 30 Oct - for the very first time, I received the IRCC email just today. I raised another one on 16 Nov, not yet received the email.
