We can defer our admission.
If we will not do this we will not be able to get refund of our paid tuition fee.
We have paid our 1st semester fee, if we will not inform our colg or uni about our visa process before
10th day from class start we can not get refund.

1. Not exactly. You will get refund from school if you show your refusal letter otherwise first cancel/withdraw from course and apply for refund within first 10 to 15 days of class start date. So, you do not need a deferral letter for refund.

please clear my point.
my case is in embassy.
i contacted my colg a week ago. they said me that you have a time here only 2 more weeks.
if you dont get any response from chc.
you will have to inform us about that you are not coming in this session otherwise
you will not be able to get refund of tuition fee.
you can send us defer admission request due to delay in decision by chc.
after defer if you case is finalized, unfortunately if you get refusal you agian send us refund request
