No Reponse from CHC London - Long-Form Birth Certificates

I had written to CHC London for advise about their request for Long-Form Birth Certificates...

No response has been received since last TWO weeks. We do have Birth Certificates issued from PAKISTAN and 3 Kids in UAE.

Does these countries issue any Long-Form?

What would you write in explaining if there are no Long-Form issues in these Countries?
