It's University of Jammu. That what my Caips said that marksheets were verified but the authorities were unwilling to cooperate

holyheck mine is totally opposite, I got my 2nd refusal again in 2014 and caips said that I did not declare my U.S refusal but I have never even applied for U.S. I wish they had approached me as well about that. How did they approached you, did they email you to provide clarification

Yes they mailed.
I clearified now m waiting like hell

And waiting is hardest thing to do
Hopeful to hear anynews
Good or bad I don't know
But m preparing for bad one now
 
Its advisable to send them a CSE at this stage or a direct email with the title as urgent then the reasons. Also include your application or UCI number
