No reply from CPC-Ottawa

Hello,

I got my PPR on Dec 16 and I requested for Change of Visa office on Dec 18, 2015 since I applied from India. But there is no reply from CPC, ottawa for more than 10 days now.

Anyone in similar situation? Not sure why they are delaying even this !! Not sure what can I do ?

Did you get an automatic reply that they received your email? CPCO usually doesn't rely but your message will be saved on their system. If anything they need from you, they'll email you.

Yes, I got the automated response from them.

Nothing you can do but wait for them to get back, or you can call the call center hopefully they can help a little.

send them a reminder email, with highlighted subject line and your case number at the end of 2 weeks. In my case, i got response back from them in 4 days. Because of xmas, thing may be slower this week.

Hi Pras_tcs just found this thread. I hope you were able to get your VO changed in time. I am in a similar situation - I emailed CPC Ottawa for VO change but have not heard back yet. Can you please share how long it took for you to get VO changed and getting your passport stamped?
