Hello everyone my wife had an interview 13 September 2021,after that no reply from Singapore visa office. Gckey update interview completed but no further updates till now ,I’m really worried about the outcome.please give me suggestions what should I have to do?

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait. It's normal for it to take anywhere from a few week to several months to hear back after an interview.
I saw lots of people getting their pre arrival latter and medical request right after the interview between 2-7 days.
It’s been 4 months no update from Singapore visa office after interview held on September last year,I’m getting frustrated,anyone has same situation.I emailed Singapore visa office in November 21,the answer was review is on going whatever outcome we will let know the applicants .in this situation what should I do any suggestions for sineor of furam,please advise me..thanks
I suggest you start looking for a good lawyer for the appeal, since VO is preparing to refuse your application most likely. Sorry.
