No reason in GCMS notes.??

I just got my gcms report and in gcms notes visa officer has not written anything about why he refused my visa. Believe me there is not even a single word in notes about refusal of my visa. And i have checked all notes from first page to last page.

This was my second application and after analysis gcms notes of both refusals, I found that both the time the visa officer was same so i think that second time he straight forward send the refusal.
