May I ask a spin-off question, would it be accurate to assume that an application may have progressed past the eligibility stage if your webform enquiry is sent to the visa office in the jurisdiction where you applied, further stating that your file has been sent there? I’m assuming that rejections are sent directly from Cpc Edmonton (not from visa offices). Visa offices are only there to issue visas. Can anyone confirm that my understanding is correct or incorrect?
