same here waiting and my score is 461.

i think they already exhausted their quota of 2700 in 2 days :'( :(

Form OOPNP website:

2. OOPNP identifies candidates in Express Entry poolRegister for EE

OOPNP searches the Express Entry pool and identifies potential candidates who:
Have a minimum score of 400 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) in CIC’s Express Entry system, and
Meet the criteria of Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream (see Section 2 for more information).
If OOPNP identifies you in the Express Entry pool, you will receive a PT Notification of Interest from Ontario through your MyCIC account. This notification will invite you to apply to OOPNP for nomination under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.

True. looks like they are done....

Besides the CRS score (Assuming that factors such as ECA with a Bachelor's/MAster's degree exist), is there any other common aspect to the people who got their PT invitations? I saw on a different thread that someone with a CRS score of 404 got an invitation, and this makes it clear that invitations aren't being sent based on one's score alone, especially considering the fact that several people with higher scores haven't received one yet (Again, I'm assuming that the aforementioned people resubmitted their profile after June 1).

considering how badly the CIC site was crashing last night I would assume alot of us went and recreated profiles so no Ontario probably have alot of applications to go through.

Also the way I read it is that there are 2700 places, not letters so they may send out 15K letters to ask people to apply but only select 2700. Good little money earner if thats the way they are going.

both of your assumptions are very true they may send more than 2700 letters as they want money anyhow beside the fact that they will approve only 2700.

Also yesterday i remember even while creating profile, once you select some option it should open new pop-ups according to your selection but it was so tough that it behaved very differently and even their website crashed couple of times by system error messages so they probably had a very high load than their expectation. Many times I already reported to CIC that they need to improve performance of their website and need to increase load capacity of their servers but I guess they have some dumb performance engin eer working for them :P :P :P :P

They are not using load balancing properly :P :P :P

I think those 2700 are approved PNP, they can have 10000 candidates who pay 1500CAD. but only give out 2700. so no one will know when the 2700 cap will fill.
