No progress after ADR

Hello everyone,
I am an outland FSW candidate
AOR- 31st Jan 2021
1st ADR submitted (Schedule A, PCC, Re-medical)- 22nd April 2022
2nd ADR submitted (Income proof)- 08th May 2022
No progress yet
Others with ADR in 2022 have received PPR. I am not sure as why my file is put on hold. Please help if someone came across a similar issue,
