I'm planning to apply this week. Just waiting as I recently saw PNP applications are also getting processed faster.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. If you just ask them the status of your application, they may not. But if you ask them to ensure your medicals are included in your file, chances are they might respond.

Any progress at your end?

But how can they differentiate between applicants as my friend who applied after me in the same category got PPR just after two week's of RPRF?
They work like blackbox..stop worrying you can't do any thing other then wait

For the notes u have to wait for one month ...by the time i get ur ppr request

I had a hope that I might get something tonight as today I just completed a month since CIC received my PCC.

You never know its going to be two months since I paid RPRF.

You are NOT alone! I paid RPRF on October 30, 2013 medical but haven't heard from CIC since then. I have been waiting for PPR for 41/2 months now! Very emotionally draining and frustrating.

I have decided to surrender my hopes to the heavens for any intervention.

Hi 2011july20,

What does your ecas status say? In case if its decision made (even if not & if your wait times are more than usual) try contacting your local MP. Their office might give them a call and help get some info on whats going on & why so much delay.

My ecas had changed to decision made in Jan 1st wk and i didn't get my PPR till Mar 1st week. That is when i decided to contact my local MP's office and guess what, they called them in afternoon and i got my PPR by evening! So don't lose hope. Try this option. Also order your notes. Its free but takes 30 days. You should have ordered once your medicals was rcvd by them. Never mind, its never too late.
