What else you can do is, just show first experience before ITA Iin work exp. Once you get invitation you can show them what you were doing after March 2016 in personal history section. By this you dont have to provide letter for two months for which you are not claiming points anyways

Yes you should include if you are getting points. But as you mentioned

Jan 2015-Mar 2016 = 14 months
((no pay3 months))
June 2016-sep 2016 = 4 months

How come 3 ?
