yes, as a matter of fact you can't have two applications at the same time, however, you can get your aoe, apply as skilled worker overseas and of course abandon your refugee process, but you have to do it right away and take advantage of the time you have left, i mean, if your employer is willing to help you, your application will be processed faster, now, think that all departure orders become deportation orders 30 days after the irb makes a desition, so this means if you get to leave canada before you have a negative hearing desition you are fine, but if you get to leave canada 30 days after a desition is made, and you decide to submit your applications in order to get permanent residence, then you will have to pay for the authorization of reentry, and obviously if the irb gives you a positive desition then you dont need anything but to pay the fee to change your status from conventional refugee to permanent resident. try to stay positive, and think that at least you are gaining canadian experience and that counts too. hope this information is helpful and watch out!!!! lots of scammers out there!!! so good luck
