This is for a friend's case:

His application was submitted on 8 May, 2013
Processing Started 28 Jan, 2014
Medical Done: 7 March, 2014
Medical Sent: 21 March.

Then he received an email from CIC about not receiving his medical and gave his 30 days time period.
He emailed them the IME receipt on 7 April, 2014.
and he did not hear back from them yet and no progress.

Any suggestions?
 
Request GCMA notes.. Email to CIC ..

Nothing more can be done..
 
Check with the doc's office whether they have sent the medicals out to CIC. Try and get some confirmation/reference number and send an email to CIC referring the same.

This happens with my frn
He mailed them the recipt and it works..
Dont worry they dont reply to mails most of the time..But
probably found Medical using recipt mailed by ur frn..
They will send him reminder again if they didnt find it but in mean time bestcan be done is order GCMS notes
 
Apply GCMS notes Immediately > Confirm with Doc > Send the Medical Receipt(received from Doc) + Previous Email details to CIC

What is the ECAS status showing currently.?
