No of years of Skilled Work Experience

I am working in a semiconductors company ( NOC 2147) since May, 2013. When making a selection for "In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation" in 'Come to Canada' tool, the options are either 2-3 or 4-5. My work experience till date is 3 years and 9 months. What shall I select ?

select 4-5, this is just for FSW, express entry score won't be affected by this..choose this option and move forward..later, you ll be asked to put month/year of your employment and that ll be used to calculate your experience.

Well the is to see if he has 67/100 eligibility points. In which case he should select 3 years.

Hi ramneek, may I know in which semiconductor company u are working and ur profile as I am working with a distributor of semiconductors as FAE and cannot understand what should be my NOC job code.

We will that depends. You could have worked as a chef at the company. Their noc is 2147. Read that and go from there.

I am working with NXP as a Design Engineer.
