Below is my timeline. I applied in Ottawa. Status changed to decision made a few days after writing the test, but no oath letter yet. I hear Ottawa is notoriously slow, but the officer told me within a month I should be getting the oath letter. It's been over 2 months now. Any cause for concern or is this usually how slow they are? thanks.

Decision made after the test generally means approved. Just sit tight. I have seen it take four months to get an oath letter after DM.
