No oath letter, no date on ECAS for scheduled oath ceremony

"We sent you a notice on September 22, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us".

Anyone else in the same boat? Its now day 6 since the day they are supposed to have dispatched the letter. Assuming I should call CIC? Thoughts anyone?

I have exactly the same situation as you. Sent on Sep 22 without mentioning the date. I didn't receive anything. I am thinking maybe it's a system bug...

Same here, ecase updated saying the letter has been sent (22 sep) for the oath, but I didnt receive yet. Called them, they refused to give me the date, but I told them I have important travel plans so they gave me the date on 24thOct. waiting for the letter now. Did the test on 21 July.

Interesting, Oct 24, 2015. What location. Its a Saturday. Didn't know they do oath ceremonies on a Saturday. Anyways, good to see you in the same boat. What's your oath location?

Received the letter today. It's in 171 Delhi Avenue Toronto. Did the test at Scarborough though.

I called CIC and they told me that this is an e-cas mistake, nothing was sent to me and I need to send a case inquiry to fix this e-cas issue. Today I received mail from CIC to take the oath on Oct 24th, same location - 171 Delhi Avenue Toronto. The time is 8:30 but doesn't specify AM or PM.
