No oath ceremony invite received yet oath date scheduled and status says in progress

My husband happened to check his ECAS and on May 25 everything except Oath Ceremony had been changed to "completed", and that he is scheduled to attend an oath ceremony on Jul 5 and to follow the instructions sent to him. His overall status still says, "In progress" and not the expected "Decision made". There is a tag on the oath ceremony that says, "Waiting on you" but he has not received any correspondence or information via email. We live in Calgary. What should he do?

He will get an email about a week before the ceremony with the link to the zoom ceremony. They schedule ceremony’s weeks out but don’t actually contact you until 7 days before.
